Dr. Song Fang (Suzy) Shuai has an extensive background in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. She completed her medical degree at Hubei Traditional Chinese Medical College in 1982 after a rigorous five-year program. Following her education, she worked as a Chinese Medical Doctor at the Affiliated Hospital of the Hubei Traditional Chinese Medicine College in Wuhan, China, where she was promoted to Chief Chinese Medical Doctor, supervising five other doctors.In 1994, she moved to Canada and began practicing at the Acupuncture and Herbal Clinic in Windsor, Ontario. She also worked at the Acupuncture Institute in Wheatley, Ontario, and the Natural Health Clinic in St. Clair Shores, MI, USA. Her practice includes acupuncture, massage, herbal remedies, laser therapy, and auricular acupuncture, focusing on pain control, weight loss, and smoking cessation.

Dr. Suzy Shuai has also been active in education, teaching acupuncture, massage, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong at various institutions, including the Essex County Chinese Canadian Association and the Acupuncture Institute in Wheatley. She has taught meridians, acupoints, acupuncture, moxibustion, and acupuncture experiments at the Hubei Traditional Chinese Medicine College.She holds several registrations and certifications, including being a Registered Acupuncturist in Michigan and Ohio, a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario, and a Registered Acupuncturist with the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada. She also passed the U.S. Board Examination of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Dr. Kuojian (James) Zheng has a diverse background in both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He completed his medical degree at Tongji Medical University in 1982 after a comprehensive five-year program. Following his education, he worked as an orthopedic surgeon at The 4th Hospital in Wuhan, China, for nine years.In 1990, he furthered his education at The Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney, Australia, where he studied physical therapies and received a diploma in Physical Therapies. In 1994, he moved to Canada and began working at Canada Shuai Inc. in Windsor, Ontario.

Since 1994, Dr. James Zheng has been practicing as an acupuncturist at the Acupuncture and Herbal Clinic in Windsor, Ontario. He also works at the Natural Health Clinic in St. Clair Shores, MI, USA, where he continues to provide acupuncture services. Dr. James Zheng holds several registrations and certifications, including passing the NCCAOM examination in Toronto, Ontario, in 2005, and receiving the Diplomate in Acupuncture (NCCAOM ID number: 26814). He is a licensed acupuncturist in both Ontario (Reg: 2702) and Michigan.
